What The Central Nanny Agency expects from you:

CPR Certification (or the ability and willingness to become certified)

First Aid Certification (or the ability and willingness to become certified)

Eligibility to work in the U.S.

Professionalism, trustworthiness, dedication, and reliability.

Relative daycare, teaching, college or alternative related experience in child safety, child care, and development.

Three (3) valid references.

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Additionally, unlike many staffing agencies, it is important to know that all our childcare providers hired will be given an orientation packet, employee handbook, and a ‘caregiver cheat sheet’ to their chosen family with detailed, valuable information such as family emergency contacts, names, feeding and nap schedules (as applicable), any known allergies, favorite downtime activities, etc. We strive to make your career experience with us no less than the best.
